iMvula is committed to the responsible use of data and the protection of personal information and user privacy.

Our processes are developed to ensure that users are not required to provide any personal information (information related to a natural person which may directly/indirectly be utilised to identify that individual) to interact with our website or view our service offering.

Users should be reminded that personal information, such as your name, company details (if applicable), email address, and phone number may be required in the event of a user providing their details whilst filling out a "Contact Us" form, for either a quote/service request or contacting iMvula regarding employment opportunities. The information requested in these forms is the minimum information required to attend to your inquiry, and is used only for the purposes of responding to you in line with the reason for completing the form.

For users of the iMvula Recruitment Portal, personal information, such as a name, gender address, ID number, contact number, registration status(es) and qualification(s) are collected only for the purposes of first-line vetting for employment opportunity purposes. This portal includes a voluntary consent that users who provide this information understand that their information is provided for the purposes of conducting vetting and may be utilised to conduct, among others, registration verifications or criminal record checks. Users may request the removal of their personal information, in which event the information is removed from all systems without the possibility for retrieval.

Personal information is not used for purposes outside of the reason for which it was provided, nor is any personal information sold, leased, rented, or otherwise distributed. iMvula does not use or collect personal information about minors, and our products, services, and employment opportunities are not available to minors. Provision of information of minors would be subject to parental consent.​

Our systems and and personal information within are protected from breaches or other unauthorised access through various security protocols, including but not limited to firewalls, access controls, and encryption. In the event of an information security breach, affected persons whose data may be affected shall be notified upon detection of such a breach.

All processes and procedures regarding the collection, use, and removal of personal information are in compliance with the provisions of the Protection Of Personal Information Act (POPIA) (Act 4 of 2013).
