block moulded
We use block moulding to create large blocks of polystyrene which are then cut to the desired shape and size

We have a variety of tools such as hot wire cutters and CNC machines to be able to cut polystyrene to fit any application.
shape moulding
Shape Moulding encompasses building a mould to the desired shape and then expanding polystyrene within the mould to create the product.
Shape moulding allows for the creation of almost anything, from display products and seed trays to balls and other products.
laminated ceiling
Our ceiling panels use a sheet of polystyrene which is laminated with a sheet of plastic.

These ceiling panels are fire retardant and maintenance free, as well as non-toxic, making them suitable for food production enviromments.
ecoboard
Ecoboard is made of paper-wrapped cementitious fibres and is an alternative building technology, substituting gypsum or plaster board.
​
It can be used as a ceiling or drywall board and is advantageous due to its water resistance and insulative properties.
​
It is also fire resistant, with a 30-minute fire rating per SANS 10177-Part 2 test protocols. At 9mm thickness, these boards are fire stop.
