Training - Platinum Hospitality and Cleaning
Candidates with the highest level of schooling are selected, and the emphasis is on employing staff with the correct attitude in order to train and grow them. To ensure that our service promise is backed up by our service delivery we aim to train and develop associates in order to display and execute the behavior, knowledge and skill sets required to ensure service excellence.

We believe that there is no better place to train associates than on-site. Our training managers under the expert guidance of the client management team carry out ongoing training on and off the job. Through offering both practical and theoretical training we promote the development of a skilled workforce, thereby ensuring a productive workforce.

A structured training plan is formulated to ensure that the highest level of service is provided and specialized training is done at the discretion of Platinum or on request of the client. 
 
Where experienced associates are sourced, five days of on-the-job training is provided before commencing duty. All associates are paid the applicable hourly rate per job category whilst undergoing training, be it on or off site. Furthermore, assessments are done on a daily basis where our operations and training management team works closely with the client to ensure that set Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. Service delivery shortfalls are highlighted and focused training sessions are conducted to address these shortfalls immediately.

Associates are both the industry and Platinum’s largest asset, and growth and development is a top priority. Wherever it is deemed possible, associates will be given the opportunity to grow within the organization.
